It didn't download properly (or I have lost what I downloaded)

Provided you bought the download less than a week ago you can download it again by logging in to with your Damaris Username and clicking on Manage my membership. Then click on the "My downloads" option.

I have my download but can't open it

If it is a file that ends in ".pdf" you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat to read it. This is supplied free with most new computers - but if you don't have one you can download one for free at www.adobe.com.

If it is a file that ends in ".doc" you will need Microsoft Word to open it.

If it is a file that ends in ".mov" you will need the latest version of Quicktime to open it - you can download the program free at www.apple.com (don't let the Apple site trick you into paying for the Pro version - you just need the FREE Quicktime player).
- If it is a file that ends in ".wmv" you will need the latest version of Windows Media Player to open it - you can download the program free at www.microsoft.com.

If you do have the correct software, but the file still won't open - it may have become corrupted during the download process - this is very rare but does happen. If you have purchased the file, please go to Manage my membership and click on the "My downloads" option to download the file again.
